ESG Sustainable Management Highlights
In August 2025, the Asia University Museum of Modern Art (hereinafter referred to as Asia Modern) entered a new stage. The new leadership team focuses on the strategic core of the "China Medical University & Asia University (CMU & AU) University System Dual-Museums" concept: "University/Education, Medical/Health, and Art/Sustainability". By extending the reach of art and using "Asia-ness" and "Well-being" as the foundation and practical goals, the museum responds comprehensively to the three pillars of ESG—Environment, Social, and Governance—through exhibitions, architectural management, and community engagement.
Environmental: Art Carbon Reduction and Building Microclimate Regulation
As a work designed by the international master architect Tadao Ando, Asia Modern features a magnificent triangular structure and glass curtain walls, but it also faces significant challenges regarding environmental energy efficiency. Starting from a scientific physical examination, we are committed to realizing a "Green Museum".

We are not just a museum, but a social platform that sparks dialogue, promotes well-being, and practices sustainability. Our actions are ongoing, and we invite cross-disciplinary experts, cultural institutions, art lovers, and every friend of Asia Modern who shares this vision to join us in creating a sustainable future where art and the environment are connected!
