Modern Café & Hotcake

Located within the Asia University Museum of Modern Art, Modern Café & Hotcake is a tranquil space where art and lifestyle meet.

Amid Tadao Ando’s signature concrete structure and shifting natural light, the café becomes a dialogue between architecture and coffee.

Designed with clean modern lines and playful color accents, the interior offers a warm and elegant atmosphere. In addition to specialty coffee and signature drinks, the skillet pancakes are a house favorite — the perfect treat before or after a museum visit.

Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the outdoor scenery, allowing guests to savor both flavor and light in one poetic moment.
