Group/ Guided Tour Reservations
Group Visit Online Reservation
- Group reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance of your intended visit.
- The maximum group size is 40 people.
- For guided tours: groups with more than 20 people must be divided into smaller sub-groups (exceptions may be considered upon request).
- The Museum accepts cash payments only.
- To ensure a quality experience, a NT$20 fee per person will be charged for headset rental during guided tours.
- One valid ID is required as a deposit per rental set and will be returned upon equipment return.
Important Notes
- Please arrive on time according to your reserved schedule to ensure your entry.
- Check in 10 minutes before your reservation time. Late arrivals may lose priority entry and will be subject to current visitor capacity.
- To cancel a reservation, please notify the Museum by phone or email no later than one day before your visit.
- If a group fails to cancel three times or more, reservation privileges may be suspended.
- Licensed tour guides and tour leaders accompanying travel groups are eligible for free admission upon presentation of a valid tour guide license.

Guided Tour Services
The Museum offers a variety of guided tour options tailored to each exhibition and audience type, led by professionally trained volunteers and experts. These tours provide in-depth insights into exhibition themes and artworks for a more enriching visitor experience.
Regular Guided Tours:
Available Tuesday to Sunday, twice daily at 10:30 and 14:30.
Group & Special Tours:
Advance application and Museum approval are required.
Special tours include programs for individuals with dementia and senior visitors, among others.
Group or special tours without prior reservation cannot be accommodated.
