Group Visit Online Reservation

1. Group reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance of your intended visit.
2. The maximum group size is 40 people.
3. For guided tours: groups with more than 20 people must be divided into smaller sub-groups (exceptions may be considered upon request).
4. The Museum accepts cash payments only.
5. To ensure a quality experience, a NT$20 fee per person will be charged for headset rental during guided tours.
6. One valid ID is required as a deposit per rental set and will be returned upon equipment return.

Important Notes

• Please arrive on time according to your reserved schedule to ensure your entry.
• Check in 10 minutes before your reservation time. Late arrivals may lose priority entry and will be subject to current visitor capacity.
• To cancel a reservation, please notify the Museum by phone or email no later than one day before your visit.
• If a group fails to cancel three times or more, reservation privileges may be suspended.
• Licensed tour guides and tour leaders accompanying travel groups are eligible for free admission upon presentation of a valid tour guide license.

Guided Tour Services

The Museum offers a variety of guided tour options tailored to each exhibition and audience type, led by professionally trained volunteers and experts. These tours provide in-depth insights into exhibition themes and artworks for a more enriching visitor experience.

Regular Guided Tours:

Available Tuesday to Sunday, twice daily at 10:30 and 14:30.

Group & Special Tours:

Advance application and Museum approval are required.

Special tours include programs for individuals with dementia and senior visitors, among others.

Group or special tours without prior reservation cannot be accommodated.
